Article 4. VIRGINIA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP AUTHORITY

Any government may make appropriations for the acquisition, construction, improvement, maintenance or operation of any property acquired, constructed, improved, maintained or operated by the Authority.1995, c. 638, § 2.1-548.36; 2001, c. 844.
