Va. Code § 2.2-2271: Grants or loans of public or private funds

The Authority may accept, receive, receipt for, disburse, and expend federal and state moneys and other moneys, public or private, including proceeds of the Authority's bonds, made available by grant or loan or both, to accomplish, in whole or in part, any of the purposes of this article. All federal moneys accepted under this section shall be accepted and expended by the Authority upon such terms and conditions as are prescribed by the United States and as are consistent with state law; and all state moneys accepted under this section shall be accepted and expended by the Authority upon such terms and conditions as are prescribed by the Commonwealth.1981, c. 569, § 2.1-234.23; 1998, cc. 498, 504; 2001, c. 844.
