Va. Code § 2.2-3707.1: Posting of minutes for state boards and commissions

All boards, commissions, councils, and other public bodies created in the executive branch of state government and subject to the provisions of this chapter shall post minutes of their meetings on such body's official public government website and on a central electronic calendar maintained by the Commonwealth. Draft minutes of meetings shall be posted as soon as possible but no later than 10 working days after the conclusion of the meeting. Final approved meeting minutes shall be posted within three working days of final approval of the minutes.2002, cc. 580, 618; 2006, cc. 474, 595; 2007, c. 300; 2017, c. 616.
