Va. Code § 2.2-3804: Military recruiters to have access to student information, school buildings, etc

If a public school board or public institution of higher education provides access to its buildings and grounds and the student information directory to persons or groups that make students aware of occupational or educational options, the board or institution shall provide access on the same basis to official recruiting representatives of the armed forces of the Commonwealth and the United States for the purpose of informing students of educational and career opportunities available in the armed forces.1981, c. 377, § 2.1-380.1; 2001, c. 844.
