Va. Code § 21-118.8: Same; ratification of prior agreements

Any agreement heretofore entered by a county with one or more sanitary districts with respect to a unified system containing provisions substantially in compliance with §§ 21-118.5, 21-118.6 or 21-118.7, and the proceedings heretofore taken with respect to such agreement, are hereby ratified, validated, confirmed and approved, notwithstanding that any provisions of said agreement may have been inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter prior to the enactment of §§ 21-118.5 to 21-118.8.1972, c. 221.
