Va. Code § 22.1-264: Misdemeanor to make false statements as to age

Any person who makes a false statement concerning the age of a child between the ages set forth in § 22.1-254 for the purpose of evading the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.Code 1950, § 22-275.18; 1959, Ex.
