Any person who opens, operates or conducts any school without a license required by this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each day such person permits the school to be open and operate without such a license shall constitute a separate offense.Code 1950, § 22-330.31; 1970, c. 665; 1980, c. 559; 2004, c. 991.
