Va. Code § 22.1-338: Education Commission to file bylaws with State Council of Higher Education

Pursuant to paragraph I of Article III of the compact for education set forth in § 22.1-336, the Education Commission of the States shall file a copy of its bylaws and amendments thereto with the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia.Code 1950, § 22-347; 1968, c. 564; 1980, c. 559.
