Article 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS; POWERS AND DUTIES

The Authority may authorize any action taken by the Authority pursuant to the provisions of this article by resolution at any regular or special meeting, and each such resolution shall take effect immediately and need not be published or posted.1964, c. 607, § 23-30.35; 1966, c. 685; 2016, c. 588.
