Va. Code § 24.2-409.1: Department of Elections to transmit information pertaining to persons convicted of a felony in federal court

Upon receipt of a notice of a felony conviction sent by a United States attorney pursuant to the National Voter Registration Act (52 U.S.C. § 20501 et seq.), the Department shall notify the appropriate general registrar of the conviction.1996, cc. 72, 73; 2015, c. 740.
