It shall be unlawful for any person to take or catch oysters or shells for conversion into lime, unless the person has obtained permission from the Commission.A violation of this section is a Class 3 misdemeanor.Code 1950, § 28-192; 1962, c. 406, § 28.1-138; 1992, c. 836.
