It is unlawful for any person to threaten, resist, or in any manner interfere with a surveyor in the performance of duties relating to oyster grounds. The surveyor shall have the right to enter upon any person's lands in the performance of his duties.A violation of this section is a Class 3 misdemeanor.Code 1950, § 28-119; 1962, c. 406, § 28.1-102; 1992, c. 836.
