Va. Code § 29.1-207: Impeding conservation police officer, etc., in discharge of his duty

If any person, by threats or force, attempts to intimidate or impede any law-enforcement officer enforcing the game, inland fish and boating laws, he shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor and shall be subject to arrest by the officer and to the procedures set forth in § 29.1-210.1974, c. 299, § 29-32.2; 1987, c. 488; 2007, c. 87.
