In order to see that bag or creel limits are being observed, conservation police officers shall also have the power to inspect game, fur-bearing animals and fish taken by any person found hunting, trapping or fishing without arresting the person.Code 1950, § 29-34; 1962, c. 469; 1987, c. 488.
