Va. Code § 29.1-309.2: Special lifetime trapping license for senior citizens

Any resident who is 65 years of age or older may apply for and receive from the Department, for a fee of $10 or as subsequently revised by the Board pursuant to § 29.1-103, a special lifetime trapping license. Such a person shall provide proof of his age acceptable to the Director.2003, c. 145; 2009, c. 9.
