Va. Code § 29.1-741: Furnishing information to agency of United States

In accordance with any request duly made by an authorized official or agency of the United States, any information compiled or otherwise available to the Department pursuant to subsection B of § 29.1-739 shall be transmitted to the official or agency of the United States.1960, c. 500, § 62-174.12; 1968, c. 659, § 62.1-178; 1987, c. 488.
