The following production areas are designated for the purposes of this chapter:Area I: The locality with the highest cotton production in the most recent calendar year according to the records of the Department;Area II: The locality with the second highest cotton production in the most recent calendar year according to the records of the Department; andAt-Large Area: Localities determined to be Area I or Area II or any other locality that produces cotton in the most recent calendar year according to the records of the Department.1997, c. 873, § 3.1-1092; 1999, c. 751; 2008, c. 860; 2025, cc. 75, 88.
