Va. Code § 3.2-2207: Question to be printed on ballots

The question to be printed on the ballots used in any referendum held pursuant to this chapter shall be as follows:"Do you favor additional market development, education, publicity, research, and the promotion of the sale and use of small grains and continuation of the levy of an assessment of one-half of one percent of the selling price per bushel in accordance with the provisions of the Small Grains Board law?_____ Yes_____ No."1991, c. 587, § 3.1-684.51; 2008, c. 860.
