A. The following production areas of flue-cured tobacco are designated for the purposes of this chapter:Area I: Franklin, Henry, Patrick, and Pittsylvania Counties;Area II: Appomattox, Campbell, Charlotte, Halifax, and Prince Edward Counties;Area III: Mecklenburg County;Area IV: Brunswick and Greensville Counties; andArea V: Amelia, Dinwiddie, Lunenburg, Prince George, Nottoway, and Sussex Counties.B. If the production of flue-cured tobacco occurs in any locality that is not part of a production area as designated in subsection A, such locality shall be part of an adjacent production area.
