Va. Code § 3.2-3810: (Effective until January 1, 2027) Penalty for violation

A. The Commissioner may refuse, suspend, or cancel any license upon satisfactory evidence that the applicant or licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or regulations adopted hereunder.B.
