Va. Code § 3.2-4774: Denial, suspension, or revocation of a license

The Commissioner may deny, suspend, or revoke the license of any cotton handler if the cotton handler violates any provision of § 3.2-4772 or 3.2-4775. The Commissioner shall provide reasonable notice of an informal fact-finding conference pursuant to § 2.2-4019 to any cotton handler in connection with the denial, suspension, or revocation of the cotton handler's license.2000, c. 584, § 3.1-722.42; 2008, c. 860.
