In sampling milk or cream for composite tests to determine the percent of butterfat contained, no such sample or sampling shall be lawful unless a sample is taken from each weighing, and the quantity used shall be proportioned to the total weight of the milk or cream tested.Code 1950, § 3-408; 1966, c. 702, § 3.1-538; 2008, c. 860.
