Va. Code § 3.2-5619: Commissioner to have concurrent authority with sealers; ordinances in conflict with chapter

In cities and counties where sealers of weights and measures have been appointed as provided for in this chapter, the Commissioner shall have concurrent authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
