Before the issuance of any license as a licensed public weighmaster, or any renewal thereof, the applicant shall pay to the Commissioner a fee of $10. Such fees shall be deposited with the State Treasurer to be credited to a fund to be used by the Commissioner for the administration of this chapter.Code 1950, § 3-709.6; 1962, c. 126; 1966, c. 702, § 3.1-975; 2008, c. 860.
