Upon petition by the Commissioner, the Board, or the State Veterinarian, a circuit court judge may issue orders as are necessary to enforce the orders of the Commissioner, the Board, or State Veterinarian.1977, c. 395, § 3.1-738.1; 2008, c. 860.
