It shall be a violation of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (§ 59.1-196 et seq.) for a pet dealer to include in the pet dealer's animal history certificate provided for in § 3.2-6512 any false or misleading statement regarding the information to be contained therein.1984, c. 492, § 29-213.49; 1987, c. 488, § 3.1-796.79; 2008, c. 860.
