Va. Code § 30-255: Governor to execute agreement

The Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia is authorized and directed to: (i) execute and deliver, on behalf of the Commonwealth, all agreements and modifications of agreements that relate to the Chesapeake Bay Commission; and (ii) take those actions that may be necessary to effectuate the Agreement.1980, c. 662, § 62.1-69.20; 1985, c. 149; 2004, c. 1000.
