JCOTS may appoint, employ, and remove an executive director and such other persons as it deems necessary and determine their duties and fix their salaries or compensation within the amounts appropriated therefor. All agencies, authorities, and institutions of the Commonwealth shall cooperate and provide assistance to JCOTS upon request.1997, c. 847; 2005, c. 322; 2024, c. 739.
