Chapter 1. GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND OFFICERS THEREOF

No member or former member of the General Assembly shall be arrested or imprisoned for or on account of any words spoken or written or any proceedings had in either house; but nothing herein shall in any respect restrict the power which each house of the General Assembly has over its respective members.Code 1919, § 302.
