Article 6.1. LOCAL HEALTH PARTNERSHIP AUTHORITIES

The board of each authority shall establish a principal office within one of the participating jurisdictions. The title to all property of every kind belonging to the authority shall be titled to the authority for the benefit of all of its members.2001, c. 671.
