Article 1. HOSPITAL AND NURSING HOME LICENSURE AND INSPECTION

Any person owning, establishing, conducting, maintaining, managing or operating a hospital or nursing home which is not licensed as required by this article shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony.Code 1950, § 32-310; 1962, c. 551; 1979, c. 711.
