Va. Code § 32.1-137.07: Violations of certain provisions; penalty

If the Commissioner receives a report from the State Corporation Commission that a medical care facility has engaged in a pattern of violations pursuant to § 38.2-3445.01 and the report is substantiated after investigation, the Commissioner may levy a fine upon the medical care facility in an amount not to exceed $1,000 per violation and may take other formal or informal disciplinary action as permitted under this chapter.2020, cc. 1080, 1081.
