Va. Code § 32.1-229.2: Costs of inspection conducted by Health Department; fees to be used to support program

In order to minimize competition with the private sector, the fee schedule developed by the Board for routine inspections of X-ray machines by Department of Health inspectors shall include all reasonable costs of such inspections.1987, c. 666; 2008, cc. 41, 466.
