Upon the acquisition of a right-of-way as provided in this article, the city or town shall grade such right-of-way and construct the highway required, in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the Commissioner of Highways.Code 1950, § 33-87; 1970, c. 322, § 33.1-173; 2014, c. 805.
