Chapter 6. UNIFORM STATEWIDE BUILDING CODE
Article 1. General Provisions

The Board may modify, amend or repeal any Code provisions from time to time as the public interest requires, after notice and hearing as provided in § 36-100 of this chapter. No such modification or amendment shall be made effective earlier than thirty days from the adoption thereof.1972, c. 829; 1977, c. 613.
