Chapter 1.2. VIRGINIA HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT

An annual audit shall be conducted on the accounts of HDA by an independent certified public accountant, and such audit shall be reviewed by the Auditor of Public Accounts. The cost of such audit and review shall be borne by HDA.1987, c. 451.
