Article 1. General Provisions

The powers conferred by this chapter shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law; except as may be expressly provided in the charter of a city or town specifically pertaining to such authority.1938, p. 458; Michie Code 1942, § 3145(23); 1956, c. 615.
