Va. Code § 38.2-1445: Separate accounts deemed Category 1 investments

All investments made in compliance with this article shall be deemed Category 1 investments except that nothing contained in this section shall be construed to affect or apply to any insurer licensed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 42 (§ 38.2-4200 et seq.) or 45 (§ 38.2-4500 et seq.) of this title.1983, c. 457, § 38.1-217.47; 1986, c. 562; 1992, c. 588.
