Article 2. ADDITIONAL FUNDS PAID TO ASSOCIATION

The Association shall maintain a separate asset account to be known as the safety fund. The safety fund shall be used to assist the Association in meeting the objectives specified in § 38.2-1600.1986, c. 562.
