Va. Code § 38.2-206: Corporations as members of mutual insurers

Any public or private corporation in this Commonwealth or elsewhere may apply and enter into agreements for, hold policies in, and be a member of any mutual insurer.Code 1950, § 38-506; 1952, c. 317, § 38.1-31.1; 1986, c. 562.
