Va. Code § 38.2-2704: Inspection of property

Any person having an insurable interest in real property and tangible personal property at a fixed location in this Commonwealth is entitled, upon request, to an inspection of the property by representatives of the residual market facility to determine whether the property is within the definition of qualified property.
