Va. Code § 38.2-3328: Evidence of individual insurability

Each group life insurance policy shall contain a provision setting forth any conditions under which the insurer reserves the right to require a person eligible for insurance to furnish evidence of individual insurability satisfactory to the insurer as a condition to part or all of his coverage.1960, c. 273, § 38.1-426.1; 1986, c. 562.
