A. The provisions of Title I of the PPACA shall apply to any health carrier that delivers or issues for delivery individual or group health insurance coverage in the Commonwealth.B. The Commission shall implement and enforce applicable provisions of such federal law in accordance with the provisions of this title.2011, c. 882.
