Va. Code § 38.2-3609: Insurer to file copy of advertisement with Commission

Every insurer, health service plan or health maintenance organization providing Medicare supplement insurance or benefits in this Commonwealth shall file with the Commission a copy of any Medicare supplement advertisement intended for use in this Commonwealth whether through written, radio or television medium.1989, c. 151.
