Va. Code § 38.2-4410.1: Examinations

The Commission may investigate or examine the affairs, transactions, accounts, records, and assets of a legal services organization as it deems necessary. Examinations shall be conducted pursuant to Article 4 (§ 38.2-1317 et seq.) of Chapter 13.2020, c. 408.
