Va. Code § 38.2-4418: Controversies involving subscription contracts

The Commission shall have no jurisdiction to adjudicate controversies growing out of subscription contracts. A breach of contract shall not be deemed a violation of this chapter.1978, c. 658, § 38.1-809; 1986, c. 562.
