Va. Code § 38.2-4512: Contracts between participating dentists or optometrists and subscribers

Participating dentists or optometrists, acting through their agents, may enter into contracts with subscribers to furnish specified dental or optometric services at specified rates to a subscriber or subscriber's members, officers, or employees.
