Va. Code § 38.2-4600: Class of insurance and insurance companies to which chapter applies

Except as otherwise provided, this chapter applies to title insurance as defined in § 38.2-123, and to title insurance companies as defined in § 38.2-4601.1952, c. 317, § 38.1-720; 1986, c. 562.
