Va. Code § 38.2-4606: Forms to be filed with Commission

All forms of title insurance policies and interim binders that are customarily used by any title insurance company in connection with the insurance of titles to property located in this Commonwealth shall be filed with the Commission.1952, c. 317, § 38.1-726; 1986, c. 562.
