Chapter 58. MANAGED CARE HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS

Access to care shall be assessed by the Department of Health in accordance with provisions in Article 1.1 (§ 32.1-137.1 et seq.) of Chapter 5 of Title 32.1 concerning quality assurance.1998, c. 891.
